In the attached save, signal 294 at Heywood Road Jn starts to flash yellow/red after reloading the save; DW92 which is supposed to flash yellow, is single yellow instead. As train 7C77 passes DW92, signal 294 returns to a solid yellow (followed by double yellow on approach). See attached screenshots:  Sim 4.3, loader 5.6, TORR off. Post has attachments. I have compared the save data to a save with no train and the route set as you have and the data is identical for S294. Save works fine on an older loader. There is another issue with the same signal: if I set a route to Westbury while a train has already passed DW92, it immediately goes to yellow instead of waiting for approach control - expected behaviour if DW92 can start flashing, but not if the train has already passed that signal.
