Its the strangest way of dealing with a very real issue.

Does it work? Not for me...

I walk around inside the questions of my day, I navigate the inner reaches of my disarray, I pass the altars where fools and thieves hold sway, I wait for night to come and lift this dread away : Jackson Browne - The Night Inside Me

It's a bit OTT isn't it, even though it may be a little tongue-in-cheek.

Compared to the vast majority of stuff produced to try and reinforce risk awareness, this is actually quite a good effort, reasonably funny unlike most of the very corporate bland videos, and not patronising like some.
Sticks in the mind, which is undoubtedly the idea.

We got shown it as part of a bi-annual safety brief. The production values are appropriate for a small audience, and I'd say it had more impact than a powerpoint although the message is a consistent one throughout all training/briefs and regular safety campaigns so probably didn't make a huge difference.

It's not quite as good as some of the more dramatic RED videos, though the acting is about the same standard
