For those of you that still have a copy of the South Humberside sim squirelled away. I'm currently working on a couple of TTs for the 1980s scenario. As it stands I am working on the 1984 - 85 WTT which was the first year of loco haulage on the Transpennines but also the last year of Lincoln St Marks station. For aditional replayability I'm going to be attempting to use rules to create a few randomisations (eg swapped loco types, DMU vice LH and vice versa, shorter LH rakes etc). If all goes well I'll have a go at earlier TTs which had the Transpennine sets still in service and to tie the two together set up a special randomisation for the 14th of May '84 where the 06:35 Cleethorpes to Doncaster was the final Transpennine set working. Though I'd give an update on progress so far. I've managed to get my hands on 84-85 and 82-83 Passenger WTTs, an 83-84 Mandatory freight and a 77 Conditional to start playing around with a 0.1 version. I've opted to go for 84 as the first one as with it being the period during the Miner's strike the BSC coal and ore trains were suspended, and with the Santon ore workings worked as trips they are not in the WTT. I think in the future I may have to reverse engineer the timings for these workings until I can find documentation or information on the workings.
