A lot of my previous simulations that ive purchased over the years have recently shown as not registered is it because in running Windows 7?

Hi, Please ensure that you're running the latest version of the Loader (V5.22). If you're not sure, please download the Loader again from the website here: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Index/2 and install it. Please also ensure that you've logged in to the Loader on the first screen that appears when you start it- see this Wiki page: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=usertrack:ssrun:simrun0 The account you've posted from, "liverbird83", was only registered yesterday so I assume any previous sims were purchased under a different user name. You'll need to login to the Loader using the username (and it's associated password) that you bought the simulations with, they won't be associated with the new account you've just registered. If you can check your username and/or reset your password from the login page. If you have any difficulties with that then PM me and I can look into it - note that I can only send information to the registered email address of the original account. I can’t remember my username or password to retrieve several sims that I purchased years ago.

Can you remember your email address? I think one of the options on the log on page invites you to do that - if not then PM me with it.
