I'm playing Huddersfield chained to Manchester East. I've got routes set off the single line from Penistone from 741 to 743 and I've applied for the Slot for BY1060 and I've been given the slot while an opposing route has been set. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

The signaller at Sheffield will always grant the slot if the single line is clear (even if they have a Down train approaching Penistone). They have no visibility of signal 741 either. Best to not request the slot until your Up train is actually on the loop as you'll block them sending a train in the other direction, which can cause delays.
