How do you set a route in and out of the siding at this location?

I've looked on the manual which says "Belper Ground Frame
There are two releases for this frame. Moves between the Up Main and the siding do not require the Down Main release, moves between the Down and Up Main require both releases."

It doesn't actually say in which order do you set the route to or from the siding if for example reversing from the Sheffield direction.

Have tried a dozen times and each time it's simply not possible as the route that is needed simply doesn't happen.

You need to free the UM frame, (DY961), then throw the points 2A/2B, then pull the signal off Up Main (BPUM).
