you have to telephone merehead arrivals then they will accept it when white light is displayed

May I suggest that you take the time to read the manual. Amongst other things, it tells you what to do in there. Before playing any sim, I read the appropriate manual, although I can still get stuck sometimes as, no doubt, some Forum members know.
