People of SimSig, We have had an unprecedented level of demand for the after-meet meal, which is really nice to see! Around 25 people have indicated they would like to attend, and we have not been able to source a venue which can realistically take a booking for a group of that size. The meet venue has offered to provide a curry & pizza buffet at a cost of £12 per head. We feel this is the best way forward and will allow everyone to dine sociably together after the main meet event has finished. If people would like to partake the £12 will be payable on the day either in cash, via bank transfer or PayPal to myself to square with the venue. We to need to finalise numbers by tomorrow to give the venue time to prepare. Please reply to this thread to confirm you wish to partake.
