I have appeared to develop a Track Circuit Failure in a non-TCB section from the passage of 1V99 (on the AB into Pontrilias)!

4869 posts 		Nicely simulates a block failure having occurred, there's various ones across the AB simulations which can fail and hold the block at TOL.
