It's a Sunday and Christmas Eve at Crewe. No trains ran from Northern due to staff shortages. Most freight services have ended for Christmas with the only a handful of container workings. There is also engineering trains going to possessions at Lancaster. The Up & Down Slow lines are closed under possession until 9pm between Basford Hall Jn/Stafford.
