Based on Sunday 21st February 2021 when Manchester Oxford Road was closed for engineering works, with the line blocked from Manchester Piccadilly P13/P14 to Deansgate and also the line to Birchwood closed and also the Bolton - Wigan line closed until 1600, with Southport trains diverted via Eccles.

Some TPE services were diverted at short term notice via Eccles until later in the day.
