Hi there, Just an advisory to the lovely admin team really - my old laptop (which was the only device I had SimSig on) has died, so I'm about to request a licence unlock for my home PC in the meantime. A new laptop (I would imagine) will be back with me in the next 2 - 3 weeks, so I may have to request a licence reallocation then as well, if that's OK... I appreciate, as the pop up says, it cannot be used repeatedly. Kind regards, Joe Log in to reply |

One the first note A Request License unlock is the only option. On the second However once you have allocated to your desktop and then when you get your new laptop all you would need to do is go into license manager on your desktop and unallocate license (Remove License from this Machine). The unlock is really meant to be used for times when your PC/laptop has died and can no longer access it.
