It is a few years since I last used SimSig. I've updated the loader on my current machine, but many of the sims I know I owned are no longer available - probably due to being assigned to an old machine which is no longer available due to hard drive crash/motherboard problems (I've lost at least 2 PCs due to this kind of problem). Is there anyway of getting a list of the Sims I have paid for and those that were also available in the earlier days, and getting instructions on how to release the licences from the machines no longer available so that I can re-install them on my current machine.

I would also be grateful to learn about any changes to the system since the beginning of the COVID crisis.

NB my email address is [deleted] if that helps to reply.

Thanks

You'll need to request an unlock of your licenses via https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses

You also need to make sure you are running version 5 of the loader, and sign in with your website credentials on the main page. Once your license unlock request has been actioned you'll be good to go, no need anymore to use the separate license manager.
