Aye, probably would be great. Not fully sure of the area it controls but the fact that Crewe has 12 platforms and a couple of through lines would surely make it a great simulation to play solo (if at all possible) and probably just as good for multiplayer too. Having 12 platforms must mean it is a busy area with lots of trains to deal with, so one failure could seriously spice things up a bit.
Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

surely simming the large number of boxes that cover(ed) the area would be interesting. (gresty, basford hall, crewe sth, north, coal yard, steel works, salop gds, ive probably forgot some of them.)

Crewe is no longer what it used to be. Very quiet nowadays compared to what it was designed for - would be a good sim though

Yeah but if Crewe DOES happen imagaine a 1980's tt for it with a couple of well placed TCF's that would cause absolute chaos

Pre 1985 sim of Crewe would be nice.

Post 1985 sim of Crewe would be good but not as good. The Independant lines are still served by mechanical boxes albiet with Colourlights. i think.
