the timetable files .WTT and .WTR need to go in a folder named the same as the sim, in the sim directory file in your program files folder in your c drive

the timetables dont need installing, the sim will just recognise that they are there when you start a new game

apologies if that makes zero sense what-so-ever....

Bit of clarification.

The starting point is the directory/folder where you have put the sim .exe file. You then need to create a sub-folder and put the .wtr and .wtt files in there.

The sub-folder must be named the same as the sim. The name of the sim is as found in the .exe file so for the example of the Liverpool Street sim, the .exe file is LivSt.exe. You need to create a sub-folder named LivSt and then put the TT files into the LivSt sub-folder. When you run the sim it will automatically pick the TTs in that sub-folder.

Post again if you are having any problems.

There is a FAQ topic I've found in the system but I've not worked out how to enable its visibility- or how to populate it, but that's accadenic till it's enabled.
