hello, ive searched the wiki and the forum both to no avail i have a problem with trains leaving the area for cupar. all trains get held at signal cp28 and wont budge at all, i dont get no phone call either but i spose thats because its a different box. i have to keep letting trains pass signal at danger, i have to do this at cp28 and the one after that for some reason. anyone know what i maybe missing here?

Can I just check that you have started the simulation in Solo and not Multiplayer? Also have to check the Train List? Furthermore, what Scenario are you running?

Hope you can reply.

Right I've tested this out with 5M49 and could not replicate the problem.

However I am now wondering if there has perhaps been a signal / signal lamp failure in the area which is causing this problem.

Can't explain- external signals can't fail.

Have tested your save and am at a loss to understand what's happened. I am perplexed as to how you got two trains queued to at CP28, guess you must have authorised 5M49 tp pass EB665 too. What I do also see is that the TD is not pulled down when the train eventually leaves the SIM despite the condition being satisfied- also with all trains gone EB665 will still never clear.

As I say a bit of a mystery and one with no obvious cause or solution.

Is there any possibility that the sim could somehow think it is connected to NEScot and is waiting for signal clearance from there?

I did look at that but CP28 looked OK (or was it another one).
