Attached is a picture of 2N70 at Bishopbriggs taking a green aspect when the signal in advance hasn't stepped up, is this proper?

Come to think of it, that double yellow behind the train is most likely wrong too - autos in opposite direction to the directional locking would normally be red until the directional locking has released.

Auto sig CE220 should be at danger too as a route is set from CE39 to CE41, but it's showing a single yellow.

I had the warner route set from CE47 to CC51. When the juction cleared I set the route from CC51 to CQ53, when nothing happend I cancelled the route at CE47 and reset it, when it reset it held red for a few seconds while CE45 cleared to green.

Even more worrying is 46 showing a green when a down route is set on the up line (217 to 219, then 223 to 225).
41 shows a single yellow despite a route being set from 226 to 224 (up direction on down line).

Below is a screenshot with 'right hand running' routes set and the offending signals:

I'm not worried too much since the head on greens are protected by outer reds. However the train proceeding on green when the signal in advance could be stuck at red is another thing.

Jsun,
Can't reproduce the error as described-can you?

TRC666
Two routes were missing the instrution to set the bi-di arrow which the opposite routes test against.

I'll need to make enquires about what happens to the 'opposite' signals here, it is not always the case that they are held at red - see Edinburgh bi-di (Grantshouse to Innerwick) where the train forces them red in reverse direction. I believe the Airshire bi-di works the same- but I have no definative information either way on the Bishopbriggs bit.

Thanks

Peter

Noticed this issue overnight whilst playing the New Sunday Training Timetable. I had 1R65 pelting it along at around 100mph between Cadder West and Bishopbriggs but had a conflicting route set at Cowlairs West Jn (probably from Eastfield TMD). Set the route anyway from Signal CE47 to CC51 and as expected it 'became' a warner route, but when Cowlairs West Jn was clear, I set the route onwards from Signal CC51 to CQ53 but CE47 does not step up as expected. As already stated above, workaround is to cancel the route from CE47 and reset it, or just not use the warner route at all.

Is this a bug, or just 'one of those oddities'?

As always, thanks in advance for replies.

Checked my notes and they should step up on an onward route being set- fixed.
