It's 10 Today....

After Trawling through webarchive (I was looking for some information lost in the forum crash), I stumbled upon soem very old iterations of the forum, including THIS thread, which in conjunction with another very old thread implies that today is SimSig's tenth birthday...

Happy Birthday Simsig, Lets hope the next 10 years go just as well, and my thanks go to Geoff and the rest of the dev team for their continued effort - I've seen how much work goes on behind the scenes and these guys really work their socks off, despite other personal commitments and real life getting in the way. Pay Day is Friday, you can expect a top up on my donations to date as a little Birthday Pressie.

Well done James, a fascinating look back in time! The Archive link is well worth following!
(And its nice to see Michael Hendle still battling on, even with his disabilities!)

There is an even better thought - if we all only chipped in £10 this year by way of a birthday present and kept increasing it by £1 each year in May then we wouldn't forget how old SimSig was OR how much we appreciate it!

Remember - that's only 20p a week! So if you want to give more - please do! ::

Investing a little now - getting a lot back in future and keeping SimSig going for ever!

If the 650 forum members that are currently registered just clicked on the Donations link once a year then SimSig will always be around and still be the best!

Ken
