Gentlemen

I was trying to get a friend to connect into the new Euston simulation this evening, and the "Server has disconnected you" issue arose.

My firewall settings for Euston have been altered to allow Public and Private Networks to connect, and I got my IP address from the Simsig website, and we also both tried to use Port 50505 together. He was, however, unable to connect.

Can anyone assist?

With thanks

A stab in the dark...

Have you set up Port Forwarding on your router? This is a common reason why people cannot host a multiplayer game.

This site may help if you have not...

Was Port 50505 correctly forwarded to the correct computer?

How this is done is described on the forum in several places if you have a search.

. . . and in the Wiki.

I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.
