Barry
Isn't Cajon LLC a company Geoff has set up in the US?

I would assume so.

Does this mean any changes to the end user?

I will join in with my best wishes and good luck!

I just finished reading Geoff's blog which is a great read, I'm getting on a flight next week myself moving down to the Middle East and I must say it is a little daunting! It is comforting to read that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel despite all the admin, paperwork etc. that needs to be completed before one can start to relax.

Next Simsig meet in Malibu or Santa Monica? Or maybe that should be Barstow or Bakersfield...

Again best of luck!

Jan

You had me worried, for a short while.

My best wishes, and thanks to Geoff, too.

Don't worry, that label is just for regulatory purposes. I still own it and will continue to do so (unless I get a massive offer, of course...). One thing that has changed is that I get a little more time to work on SimSig.

I didn't worry for long. My friend Yippy soon found the answers.

Just a note then - the forum rules page still talks about SimSig Ltd

Which still exists! But you're right, it needs changing at the appropriate time.

Does this mean you will be able to get some more t shirts Geoff? Mine are going into holes after about 2000 washes.

Have lost contact with the last supplier of t-shirts!

Phone number I have seems to have been reissued and no reply from any e-mails.

Presumably, although I may be wrong, SimSig Limited still owns SimSig, but the new company owns SimSig Limited, and is in turn owned by Geoff rather than Geoff owning SimSig Limited directly?

I own both... try doing this internationally, including taxes, and you can see why merging lists of people from one database to another is not exactly high on my list of priorities.

Oh yes, US tax rules are very different to UK ones, I don't envy you that one :S
