I've got 6S97 sat at signal DT119, so as it's blocking 8M36MX so I told 6S97 to shunt forward BUT instead I got a internal error instead :( Internal error: Exception: 8P73 in Do Station (EAccessViolation: Access violation at adress 004BD406 in module 'Carlisle.exe'. Read of address 00000014) MY question is why is 6S97 just doing sat there as it's for Carlisle yard so I know it's in the right place but I can't find this signal on any signal plans provided. DT119 is a signal in the down direction that belongs to Carlisle Yard. In order to be able to get trains via the yard to stay in the sim there are lines that the sim controls for you. Either trains will be routed out of the sim at DT119 or they will be routed along the down goods until they eventually re-enter at the north end of the yard. In theory what you are supposed to do is wait and let the sim route trains out. Getting trains to shunt forward is not how I intended it to work, and this could potentially mess up the routing logic, because it relies on there not being two trains in a section, so this scenario was never tested. The error is, of course something I'll be keen to fix as this was never encountered during testing. Can you possibly provide a save of just before this happened, or give met steps that will consistently reproduce this issue? otherwise it can be very hard for me to recreate the exact conditions. Interesting also, is why you had to shunt forward in the first place. 6S97 is supposed to leave the sim after passing DT119, as should 8M36. Therefore you should wait for 6S97 to leave so that 8M36 can then follow it. Was something in front of 6S73 in the process of leaving the area? 8P73 enters on either departure line 1 or 2. I'm also experiencing an error like this (don't remember exact text), but thought it was related to running SimSig on Linux. (Euston also shows access violation messages, after having opened the F8 simplifier which does not work through Wine for the most recent sims).
