is all of the cowlairs sim included in c scotland sim?

I would say it is, however Cowlairs is excellent if you want a sim that only one person operates. You could get quite overwhelmed if you were playing CScot on your own. Me personally I prefer the Cowlairs sim as I'm controlling pretty much what that box does, although using the early era mode you also cover some of the other boxes along the routes towards Greenhill Upper & Lower junctions. Not putting the other sims down as they are all very good, but I would say for me the Cowlairs sim with the 1984 timetable is my favourite out of the Scottish sims created so far.
