Can anyone advise if I am doing something wrong, tried to set up a sim using my machine as server but nobody can connect.

I've put IP address/port details on forum and opened sim and set it up as me been the server computer.

I'm very confused now, completely minced in trying to work this out, where on my machine do I go to set up the ports, I assume control panels then network/sharing centre but not totally.

Sorry for sounding brain dead
