i bought the 4 Scotland sims but have had no email what do I do next I have installed the licence manager but nothing has come up

I think the same thing happened to me when I bought the package in January- I was however able to download the files from the links on the homepage. Perhaps try that? Ben Log in to reply |

Peter [EDIT] have you checked your SPAM folder? [EDIT2] you have created the order but you don't seem to have completed it. I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! I have managed to download the sims but cant play them and when I go to the licence manager im not sure what to do as nothing happens when I start it

For some reason the order was stuck at "created" which means you created a shopping basket but didn't pay. However, PayPal says you did pay. Manually kicked to the next step so you should now have the necessary emails. Apologies for the hiccup.

ye emails came through that's no problem just blame technology makes a change from the humans getting it all the time lol thanks
