I have a couple of queries regarding uploading a timetable to the download area (mainly whether it's suitable!), but I'm not sure which administrator I should contact about it, is there a timetable "specialist" so to speak, or would any of them be able to help?

I'm not entirely clear what the question is getting at. However if you follow the instructions on naming conventions and writing a short description there should not be a problem.

Currently there are a couple of pending submissions, that have not followed these simple instructions, awaiting action which have not yet been dealt with.

What happens when you attempt to save them? It could be that the folder you're attempting to save to is write-protected.
