Is there any tips and hints people use to create timetables quicker? Is there an easy way? Its just that i don't have a lot of time at all and trying to create a sim is taking a very very long time. Log in to reply |

The easiest way that I know is to have a "clockface" timetable for Passenger trains. That way when you have completed the schedule for the first one all you have to do is copy the schedule but advance the time by one hour and the Headcode by 2 as an example. So if you wanted to, you could have the first train starting at 06.00 and the last one at 22.00 which gives you 16 trains in your timetable before you can drink a cup of tea! Even so, it does take a long while as you should test the Timetable to see if there are any delays due to bad scheduling. Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Razzabazza123 |

im currently trying to create a futuristic tt for the Carlisle sim im about 80 percent complete but this involves clock face tt hope the intreast is there?

You could always create it in a CSV file (Using Excel) and use the import/export function in the TT menu
