Depends on the time of day. Early morning, North is much busier than South (most of the stock comes off Aylesbury Sidings), during the day South is a bit busier than North. I don't know how Banbury compares, because I've left it to ARS in the game I'm currently playing, but at a guess I'd say it's at least as busy as North, and there's a more diverse range of traffic (the majority of the freight in the simulation runs Wolvervot(e)- Fenny Compton)

In real life, the busiest for Signalmans real-term workload is Banbury South by a long way.
