I note that there are some new system files available. What programme should I choose to load/install them?

They should just be a standard 'exe' and run standalone

What programme should I choose to load/install them?To amplify Sacro's comments a little, the file you download (SimSigsystem_v3_247.exe) contains the latest version of the Loader, the latest version of the Licence Manager and the latest version of some system files like font and .bpl files to enable the SimSig programs to work correctly, all wrapped in an installation package.
