Just reading FCC twitter feed - seems you don't need an account to do so. I've a mind to sign up just so I can have a go at all the idiots making unreasonable and stupid demands/queries.

Well I created a Twitter account and tried to post something on FCC's discussions, one appeared and one vanished into cyberspace somewhere. OpenTrainTimes is by far the better source of information as to what's happening.
