Rail worker dies onboard Manchester-bound service

R.I.P. to a fellow member of the railway family.

This story has reminded me of this one - Northern Rail Conductor dies after being hit by train

Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

The actual article does not claim that death was due to misadventure. It appears most likely the result of natural causes...unless a case of "wrong food trolley".
