Some improvements at ECML & Hertford Loop, how is it going?


  • London Inner Suburban services: Development of a 3rd Line between Hertford North and Stevenage, plus a Bay Platform at Stevenage.

  • London Inner Suburban services: Run trains to/from Moorgate after 22:00 on weekdays and at weekends.

  • London Inner Suburban services: Replacement of Class 313 fleet.

  • London Outer Suburban services: 12-car Trains going to Peterborough/Cambridge/Ely/King's Lynn at peak hours.

  • Long Distance High Speed (LDHS) services: 8tph(7.5 minutes) at peak hours and 6tph(10 minutes) at off-peak hours.



Anyone involved in the area can answer these questions?

4 12 carriage train have been running for around a year (not beyond Cambridge)
5 Maybe referring to the Thamesklink project due in a few years time.
