Show Timetable window doesn't Restore Up automatically 06/12/2013 at 11:41 #52465

I have recently begun to have this puzzling intermittent problem in playing non-loader sims.

After minimizing the Show Timetable window, it reappears when I left-click a train's headcode window, displaying the TT for that particular train. If I need it out of the way, I minimize it, where it sits at the bottom LH corner of the View screen. In this location, its Restore Up, Maximize and Close buttons are visible but inactive (grey). When restored, only the Close button is red, indicating that the window can be closed if desired.

Lately I notice that in the minimized state, the Close button remains red, so that when I click the headcode nothing happens, i.e., Restore Up does not take occur. I can sometimes Restore the window by R-clicking the train's headcode and selecting Show Timetable, but even then this does not always work. Even closing the Show TT window does not help. Sometimes changing to a different sim solves the problem; at other times all sims display it. It's as if Windows considers the minimized window to be already Restored, so clicking the headcode has no effect.

I suspect this may be a Windows problem rather than a sim problem. I have not yet changed over to the loader version. I haven't struck anomalous window behaviour elsewhere and it is present even when I have disabled all macros. Running Windows 7 64-bit.

Has anyone else encountered this? TIA.
