Hi i have purchased both sims and show on licence manager, i have allocated to my machine but they dont show on the loader!!! i have purchased previous sims without problems Log in to reply |

Is everything installed in the default locations?

Have you downloaded the sims themselves from the download area and installed them? If you haven't, you will need to do so. If you have, as James posted just before me, did you use the default installation location?
