I'm currently really enjoying playing this superb sim, which is well worth the price. The manual says: "Sending a train on either line towards Mitre Bridge Junction requires permission from Wembley Mainline." To send the first train to Wembley Mainline on the Down line from signal 813 I clicked on the "Request to Wembley Mainline 813 Down West London" roundel and was duly given permission. I set the route from 813 to WM811 and off the train went. However, after the train had left the area the roundel remained lit and I have since been able to send all subsequent trains that way without having to ask permission. Obviously that makes my life easier, but should it be that way?

Wembley Main Line Signaller has an Auto option for the slot so this is correct. The other slots on the simulation to Wimbledon and Victoria SE don't. My only recommendation is that if you send something a Down train on the Up Line that you cancel the slot after the train or you will stop receiving Up Trains until you do so. The auto option came in about 1999 when Willesden moved to Wembley Mainline. Its a great joy to us Signallers considering the highly frequent LOROL trains plus Southern to Milton Keynes and Freight.
