Hi

I used right click and close on the task bar whilst in the saved files for Exeter sim and just reopened it and Exeter appears not to have a folder, all the others are there. It would appear its gone from the simulations folder in the documents folder....but I can still start a new Exeter sim, but I can't save it as the goes missing. Opening the path of where the saved files are in the simulation reveals the path (where they are still visible as previous saved games as.... Program Files (x86)/Simsig/Simulations/Exeter. The saved files are not visible in that file though so I can't copy and paste them to the documents folder where the rest of the loader sims are

I've just reopened the loader after opening the simulations folder to check if Exeter was there and now all the other sims appear twice when you select to start a new game, except Exeter which only appears once. (FIXED - I had selected all the folders in the check box in the 'folder options' section to see if it could find the missing files, which it hasn't)

Any ideas on whats going on?

Many thanks
Mark

Nutter proves to put main program loader files on Windows xp compatibility mode.
Ignore if the loader program is compatible windows 7 and 8 or is necessary to use commpatibilibity windows xp. I am new with windows 8, before used windows xp, sp3.

Thanks BarryM to clarify it. I have updated to windows 8.1.
On other topic is put on answer, detail over special characteristic on win 8.1 than can be changed on favour of SimSig sims. Do you know any detail over that possible change and how to make it.

Hi Barry, I'm on windows 7. It happens regardless of if I use admin rights (run as admin) or not.
