Down trains aren't stopping here and the timetable fails to step.

Are you running the correct era sim for the timetable? Galton Bridge is one of the parts that is different between eras.

I can confrim that down trains TTs don't step at Smethwick Galton Bridge. Im running the latest version with the supplied TT in the correct era. It isnt really an issue as the trains in question exit the sim shortly afterwards.
