Please kindly help me to make the demo to normal. I have signed in but it haven't unlock. I don't know what to do, please help!

The sim you are playing is not free and requires a license. To get a license you need to do the following: 1) go the the Simsig shop and buy a license for the sim 2) use license manager to allocate the license to you machine 3) run the sim If the sim is a freeware sim, you won't get that message.
