I must be stupid but I can't see how to grant the slot?

I am stupid, I didn't see the button! :-)

Hi,
I don't seem to be getting punished with points lost, or even a message, if I route trains from AF42 to the sidings without requesting a slot.
The manual suggests that I do need to. It doesn't make clear if I need to slot to reach the SBJ inlet.

Thanks
Jamie

It's designed like that as the simulation doesn't have a concept as to whether or not a shunter is on duty at the carriage sidings, you should call, but you won't be punished if you don't.

EDIT

Manual wording updated.
