One to report for Peter

Have strange situation if DGL(sig M307) is set or pending release for route into Down yard , the DC main sig M303 cannot be released .There is white block at end of section beside M303 and message conflict sub route but are different routes in reality
Nothing can be done also with DREC 1+2 sigs(311+309) --- So M307 seems stops all other DOWN moves related/close by once set for down yard .Have latest loader/files

It appears that any route from MY309 or MY311 under any circumstances is "Route not Available".

MY303 cannot be released because the overlap is occupied. Down movements out of Rec2 and Rec3 are controlled by timed TC occupation.
