Gone into the first few hours on this TT. A couple of points noticed, 1A40 seeds twice at P53 & P73 and 2C80 (from Penzance) seeds in the wrong direction at P16 from Lipson Junction.Looks like a rule missing and a typo with the seeding for 2C80 ?

Its been reported elsewhere that there is an issue with the 2009 TT in that it has somehow been managed to be merged with the 2006 TT meaning most stuff was duplicated.

Just a query regarding the length of 6M37 (H74489) as it's tt'd to recess in PLY P8? At it's current length (329m), it overhangs blocking access to P6/7 from the West.

TIA.

Who managed to screw up my lovely 2009-10-15 SX timetable? The version I provided certainly doesn't have the issues mentioned above (except for the 6M37 length problem).

Looks like I missed this one during testing so I'll investigate and see if there's an easy solution.

Nobody I don’t think - the post you quoted is from 2017…

I've checked the length of 6M37 in the database used to create the 15-10-09 timetable and it is correct at 329m The train shares a Timetable Path with 6C66 which is only 171m long and can thus recess in Plymouth P8 without overhanging, so the overhang problem will only occur if 6M37 runs.
If 6M37 does run, then you'll have to use your skills as a Signaller and re-platform some trains. If it's running to time, then only 3 trains will need re-platforming, but if it's running late (or early), then you'll have to work out a solution to the problem. However, don't be tempted to let 6M37 depart early as it's too long for Hemerdon UGL so will most likely cause following passenger trains to get delayed.

I hope this answers your query and you have fun sorting out the overhang problem.

This is partly the reason why I asked - the alternate 6C66 is half the length. Wondered whether there is a length limitation (in real life) @ Moorswater as well. I notice that there are 2 6M37s in the 2009 GHD, the other originating at Westbury Cement Wks (H75395).

I am running this timetable chained with Cornwall. I got pretty much to the end of the day, and then I noticed an issue. In the Cornwall timetable, there are two 3S12, one leaving Par (heading towards Plymouth) at 01:21 and then another one 24 hours later. However, in the Plymouth version of the timetable, there is only one 3S12, which matches up with the earlier one of the two from Cornwall. Thus, when the second one enters the Plymouth sim it reports that it is 24 hours late.

Past midnight such things are to be expected - the Penzance TT includes the service to get rid of it, but there's no reason for Plymouth to have a train entering 2-3 hours after midnight on 'day 2'. Otherwise the TT would never end!
