In my view the answer is No - but I stand to be corrected.

At the present time a regular host has an entry with no Date or Time.

We all know who the regular hosts are so I don't see why there is any need to create a listing until there is a firm commitment to host.

At the end of the day if a host wants to preserve some text from the free format text box then they can save this in Word or Notepad and the paste it into their new listing.

Perhaps I need a bit more Xmas spirit but it is a bit early for a tipple just now.

Also 3 weeks in advance, or is it 2 (Until its all over), can one be sure of being able to host

As a point of order I've moderated two games out of the upcoming games section. Both have changed dates at least three times each. People are turning up expecting the game then being left disappointed.
"Platform 1 your Maesteg service. Platform 1A your Aberdare. Platform 2 your London!"
