There is still a "failed to" in this new Loader Script. However the Loader appears to work fine.

Yes, it does not affect the Loader. Just an internal change failed.

Anecdotally it appears to be a spurious message that not everybody gets. It might relate to Windows version or something else. Nevertheless the update does appear to work regardless.

I have lost all my saved games. And when I try to start a new sim. Nothing. Just my clock going at full tilt...

Just hit "N" on your keyboard to bring the speed back to normal.

When you say you've lost all your save games, what do you mean? Have they all gone from your file explorer? Or is the loader just not loading them properly.

When you say 'lost', where are you looking for them? They should be in Public Documents\SimSig\[Simulation Name]. Is there anything in those folders?

Are you able to select a simulation and timetable to start a new simulation?

If this is indeed a problem with the sim speed setting, you can also try resetting it by opening Regedit, navigating to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimSig\Options and setting Speed to 1f4 (500 in decimal).

Can you explain where in the process you start to get the "Circle/egg timer" come in

When you start up the loader are you able to click on "start a new simulation"?
If it does, does it dispay the list of sims? and are you able to select a sim and click on next.

All Sims listed. And saved games. if i start a new sim it goes to 00:00 and if i go into timetable i get the circle. I have got North Wales Coast working. but nothing else. i am downloading timetables again..

Are your saved games listed or not? The above suggests that they are, but your earlier post says they aren't.

Please take care to explain the problem clearly- it's harder for people to solve it if they can't work out what you're telling them.

If you look in Public Documents\SimSig\Timetables, and look in the various folders there, are the timetables present?

After you have selected a Sim and clicked next are you selecting a timetable on the select Timetable screen?
