V4.6.11 is available via the Check for Updates button. This addresses the load/save problem of Windows ignoring application-specified localisation settings - basically outputing a comma instead of a decimal point in decimal numbers. It addresses it in two ways: firstly, before trying to convert a string in the saved file to a decimal number it replaces a comma if found with a decimal point. Secondly, when saving, it uses a new method which is not subject to localisation issues. It's been tested okay on a French locale with the saved files in this thread and elsewhere, but I would appreciate feedback, good or bad.
