My question is where the picture is showing? I can't find anywhere in Quail that has that combination of 3rd rail and unelectrified track.

3923 posts 		In the great tradition of newspapers, the image isn't remotely near where the location of the story. Merseyside and the low-lying parts of Lancashire and Greater Manchester actually got off pretty lightly with the weather last week compared to most of the country.
