Hi,

In http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/H37483/2018/03/28/advanced the RHTT reverses at Crediton.

In the sim, there's no shunt route fron CN15 back towards Cowley Bridge (E154) so you have to key and authorise pass at danger, which is a bit of a pain. Wonder what happens in real life?

Looking at the sim, there are two shunt signals just over the Crediton crossing on the line to Barnstable. You can set a route from CN4 at Crediton to shunt signal CN12, then from shunt signal CN11 back to signal CN5, and through to Cowley Junction via E154.

Now, I haven’t tried this with any trains, so don’t know whether it would work. Worth a try though.
Of coarse, I could be completely wrong! If so, perhaps someone elso could provide a solution.

Did you close the crossing barriers?
It worked when I did it.

I've done CN4 to CN12 before - most likely with timetables featuring the RHTT I imagine!

Not quite sure what you are saying here. Did it still not work when you closed the crossing?

Presumably you have now successfully negotiated this move?

I'm willing to bet I went wrong somewhere....I even tried it with the crossing closed and still no success!

Did you remember to press the clear button on the level crossing panel to confirm barriers down?

As a shunt route, may well need berth TC occ for 30sec.
