Please download the system files from the website, install them, then open the loader and press check for updates.

If you go into your File Explorer and find SimSigRefresherC.exe, what version is it? You can find this by right-clicking on the file, selecting "Properties" then the "Details" tab. v4.6.9.0 is the latest version.

Same problem was reported with an earlier version of the refresher and discussed here.

What worked for some in that thread was to run SimSigRefresher.exe as an administrator (right-click on the file and select the "Run as Administrator" option).

A file going missing is probably an over zealous virus scanner quarantining the file on the basis of "dunno what it is" rather than "it has a virus". What anti virus do you use? Have you check its logs?

If you browse for the file, does it still exist? Generally in:
c:\Program Files (X86)\SimSig

And the logs for Avast and this "Super Anti Spyware"?

yes it is still there,

I recently got rid of SASP (Super Anti Spyware) but i cant seem to find the logs for avast
