hi
i have 5 bought games
new st-e/burgh/oxford/plymouth & west hampstead

which i have allocated all to my lap top

but for some reason all have been allocated to another machine and not my main pc which says the same thing [ demo mode only ]

i have not requested any re allocation and wish them all back onto my lap top

can you look into this for me please

Den,

In the first instance you will need to request a license unlock for all of the licenses via the license manager.

Open the License Manager, and go to Tools-> Request and unlock for ALL licenses. An Administrator will unlock the licenses for you (usually within a few hours of the request), and you'll be able to allocate them back to your laptop.
