657260 408.402 Marylebone
956363 594.256 Moss Vale
Marylebone might be slightly misleading as the LUL section is duplicated - a simple two-track railway for non-LUL mode, and the full 4-track (for a fair chunk of it) in LUL mode.
If I get rid of the 2-track railway, Marylebone becomes 605312 metres, 376.123 miles. So dropping from third to fourth place.

Interesting figures all round. But which sim has the most signals and points? Or which has the most number of trains compared against the Route miles they cover?

I would say that comparing the number of trains to the length of the sim could be a not very fair route. For example, Wembley Mainline and Watford Junction see a similar number of trains, excluding of course the Euston - Watford DC and a few other small moves. Watford Junction is a rather short sim with most going through, but for all intents and purposes sees only a small number fewer trains than what Wembley ML does.

As for most signals and points, my prediction would be something like London Bridge, Small area (all be it very complex and busy), with a lot of crossovers and short signal sections, or Motherwell (Lots of signals on Panel 6), or Edinburgh, (For the same reason as Motherwell). Don't think the latter two would add up though for the number of points.

Signals:

35 Lancing
50 Royston
82 Huddersfield
...
826 London Bridge
838 Marylebone
921 Motherwell

Points:

10 Lancing
17 Cathcart
21 Royston

403 Victoria East
430 London Bridge
466 Motherwell

Don't have timetable information in a form I can conveniently process.

Worth noting that eight of those are external, and the remaining pair are a ground frame-operated crossover.
