SimSig Length Calculator v2.2
Description
Excel spreadsheet that allows users to select traction and rolling stock types to generate consist lengths and maximum speeds.
Full credits to the original owner JC92, and for the original work on this spreadsheet.
Spreadsheet is slightly broken 'will not calculate wagons further down the list'.. not been an excel genius[Quote]

How far down the list does it make calculations successfully?

I'm no genius either, but have dabbled a bit when preparing Excel spreadsheets for technicians many moons ago.

If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to see if I can help. No guarantee though.

Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate.

From Wagon all way to the end. It just throws up #N/A.

The formula in the original file only reads 100 rows (which was far in excess of the number of freight wagons listed in the original). I've reset the formula to read 1000 rows. Updated copy attached.

Ah. Ok. That gives me something to work on.

Obviously, as you've relessed an amended copy that now works, I'll just play around with it for fun.

Thank you for that Postal, I'm no expert in Excel to fix anything but it seemed like it was simple fix.

I've had plenty of practice. I've been playing with Excel (and before that Supercalc) since the 1980s. Are you going to re-zip the file and put the update into the downloads section? Also be good if one of the mods could remove the earlier versions of the file.

I have now uploaded v2.3 and added couple more bits & bobs.
