After recently spending some time at York ROC I was pleased to see the signallers have a lot of info on arrivals and departures, most importantly the expected arrival and departure times which included any delays. I know we have F8 (Simplifier) but theres no real expected arrival and departure time on there, only the delay in minutes. It would be so much nicer to show the new arrival departure times rather than having to work out multiple arrival and departure times adding delay minutess yourself. Isn't that a rather new feature IRL? I know the railway magazines have been talking about Traffic Management systems as a new technology.

TRUST has been able to show "expected" times for years, although personally I found the last reported location/time/delay much more useful for regulating purposes! Log in to reply |

I have been testing Traffic Management software at TVSC Didcot for 6 months - excellent software. Shows real time forecasts for all traffic. Change platforms/lines in traffic management and that is synced with ARS/Trust.
